DELIVERY
Editions Lectrics tries to find the cheapest way of sending its products to you. Whenever possible, we therefore give priority to relay points rather than delivery to your personal address.
By default, you will find below the way we send products by country:
FRANCE, BELGIUM, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, PORTUGAL, NETHERLANDS : Mondial Relay |shipping at locker/relay point.
GERMANY, AUSTRIA : Mondial Relay | shipping at Home.
REST OF THE WORLD : please contact us using the contact form.
Check that there is a delivery point near you. If not, you can contact us so that we can send your order to your home address. We will inform you of the associated delivery costs.
PROCEDURE/ CHOICE OF DELIVERY ADRESS
If you are located in a country for which we prefer to use a Mondial Relay delivery service, please mention your e-mail address when placing your order.
Once your order has been placed, we will contact you by e-mail so that you can choose your delivery address. Once you have indicated the relay point, we will proceed with the shipment.
DELIVERY TIMES
We do our best to be reactive. Once your order has been placed, order will be proceed within 3 days. Delivery may take between 3 and 5 days depending on the country of delivery.
DAMAGE SHIPPING
If your package arrives damaged. Please take a photo before opening the package. If damage is found, we will issue a refund.
